Refund policy

RoomsToHome.ca sells large furniture items that are shipped cross-border and fulfilled through freight delivery networks. Because of the size, handling requirements, and logistics involved, all sales are final.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1) All Sales Are Final (No Returns or Exchanges)

All purchases made on RoomsToHome.ca are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Furniture and large items

  • Bundles and multi-piece sets

  • “In-stock” items shipped through our warehouse fulfillment process


2) Why We Don’t Offer Returns

We do not offer returns because:

  • Items are large and shipped through freight delivery

  • Products are shipped cross-border and handled through a warehouse + delivery network

  • Returning furniture creates significant transportation, damage risk, and processing costs


3) Please Review Before You Buy

Because returns are not available, customers are responsible for confirming the following before placing an order:

  • Dimensions and configuration are correct

  • The item will fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, and elevators

  • Color/finish is acceptable (colors may vary by screen)

  • Delivery access is available (condo bookings, elevator reservations, parking access)

4) Damage on Delivery (Inspection Required)

Please inspect your items when they arrive.

  • If there is visible damage, it must be written on the delivery paperwork before signing.

  • If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number.

We will guide you through the next steps based on the situation (for example, manufacturer support or parts replacement).


5) Warranty Coverage (365 Days)

Every product comes with a default 365-day warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

Warranty support typically covers manufacturing defects and may include:

  • Replacement parts (where available)

  • Manufacturer-approved repair solutions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper care

  • Damage caused by moving or improper assembly done by the customer

  • Natural material variations (wood grain, knots, fabric texture, color shading)

  • Photos of the issue

  • A short description of what happened
